I am a student of Adyashanti’s teachings and practice Zen in the Phoenix Cloud tradition. I’m experienced with Christian contemplative practices, Vision Quest, Shadow work, EMDR, and Lakota ceremony.

I received my Master’s in Counseling from Southwestern College of Santa Fe and completed clinical hours at Tierra Nueva Counseling Center and with the Mescalero Apache tribe in New Mexico. Residencies took place at Hospice of Santa Barbara and the Buellton Medical Center.
